"Mr Lewis, yes it is mission accomplished but more than that it is the continuing dedication that you as a true professional in your chosen field continue to take forward to my people.

It is many moons ago that we sat down together and developed the policies that we believed many years ahead of our time would add some protection and comfort for my long term staff.  I guess at that window in time the impact of what this might all mean was light years away.

Well some of those light years have passed us by and we or you are able to, even though they are sad times, realise I am sure what must be of great comfort to you that you have been able to make a "difference" a rainbow that many people aspire to discover but never get there.

Thanks again it is an honour and privilege to work through these issues with you, an experience whilst at arms length makes this segment of my responsibility to my people all worth while.
